Maintenance of Charts of Accounts in Peach tree.


First of all we will open an existing company following window will be open 


Than click on maintain button and following option will open





Then click on chart of accounts in options

After clicking on charts of accounts, following window will open



Then write the account ID in the circled tab











After we have given the account ID, now we will write description in the circled tab


After that we will select the account type in circled tab

After this we will press ALT+S buttons on key board to save the chart of account.
After this the window will appear as this:

It means chart of account has been  saved

How to open a new company in "Peachtree"softwear

How to use  the peach tree soft wear. First we will open the program. This window will open

When this window will open then we click on the “Set up a new company” then this window will open in this window we will know about the information required for the program.

After this we will click on the “next” then this window will open

In the given area we will write the information as required in the options company must be write there. Other given blocks are not necessary but you can fill these blocks. When we writ the information then press the next then this window will open.

In this window we will select the last  option in the above options  different type of charts of accounts are given but we chose the first one and then press the next option. we select the build your own company because we are making our chart of company after establishing the company in the software.

After pressing the next this window will open in this window we will select the accrual accounting method and then pres the next.

When this window open we will select the “Batch” as our posting method. And the we will click on the next option.

After click on the next this window will open in this window we will select the 12 months accounting  period and then pres the next option.

In  this window we will select the monthly accounting  period as it is required on our company or according to our need after this click on the next option.

After clicking the next this window will open and the the information which is required will completed we will click on the finish then this window will open.

After opening this window close the program. And then open the my computer and then C drive in  the drive there will be a folder of Program file open this folder in this folder there is a folder of

How to Open a Document in Word 2007
You use the standard computer command Open to fetch a document that you previously saved as a file in Word 2007. To grab a file from your disk drive in Word 2007 — to open it — you follow three simple steps.

Click the Office Button and choose the Open command from the menu.
The Open dialog box materializes.

Click a document’s name with the mouse.
The Open dialog box contains a list of documents previously saved to disk. Your job is to find the one you want to open.

Click the Open button.
Word 2007 opens the highlighted file, carefully lifting it from your disk drive and slapping it down on the screen.
After the document is open, you can edit it, print it, or do whatever you want with it.
